摘要
本文利用由微机进行数据采集、显示和处理的差动扫描量热仪(DSC)和 X 射线衍射仪,研究了金属玻璃 Zr70Cu30常压下等温晶化动力学。结果表明,该玻璃的晶化过程是一次性完成的,但是可分为连续进行的两个阶段。晶化动力学行为符合 Avrami 方程,同时还符合"自催化"方程。两个阶段的存在,与 CuZr_2和α-Zr 的相继析出有关。另外,由上述二方程求得表观晶化激活能分别为280±8和260±12kJ/tool。后者稍低,但二者很接近。
Isothermal crystallization kinetics of a metallic glass ZrT0Cr30is examined by means of X-ray diffraction analysis and differentialscanning calorimetry(DSC)with microcomputer data acquisition andanalysis system.The results show that the crystallization process of theglass is once-through,but it can be divided into two stages relating to theformation of CuZr_2 and a-Zr in succession.The kinetics behavior comformsto the Avrami equation.It comforms to the'Auto-catalysis'equation too.The apparent crystallization activation energies from the two equations are280±8 and 260±12 kJ/mol respectively.The latter is lower but they arecloss.
