摘要
本文观察了60Si2Mn钢等温贝氏体形态,测定了残余奥氏体量、残余奥氏体碳含量,并间接地测定了碳在残余奥氏体中分布的相对均匀性。结合计算出的To、Ae_3线,讨论了贝氏体转变过程和贝氏体/奥氏体界面上碳分布及其对长大过程的控制作用。贝氏体转变是以切变方式形成贝氏体亚单元,长大方式取决于α/γ界面上γ侧的碳浓度与Ae_3线上C~/γ值的差。
Morphology of bainite in 60Si2Mn steel,subjected to austempe-ring,was observed.Volumn fraction of retained austenite and its carbon con-tent were measured,and the inhomogeneous distribution carbon in retainedaustenite was indirectly proved.Associated the to and Ae_3 curves calculated,the bainitic tcansformation process,the distribution of carbon at theinterface of bainite/austenite and controlling role on its growth were discussed.the bainitic sub-elements are formed in the baintic transformation processby shear transformation mode and the growth is dependent on the differencebetween thecarbon content of the γ side of α/γ interface and the C_(γ)^(α/γ)inthe Ac_3 line.
