摘要
采用真空渗碳的方法,以20CrMnTi钢为对比对象,研究了27SiMnMoV钢的渗碳工艺性能、渗层显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,即使在较高的炉气碳势下,27SiMnMoV钢的碳化物仍保持弥散状态,不出现碳化物网络。当真空渗碳的工艺参数相同时,两种钢的渗层深度相近,而27SiMnMoV钢渗碳件的α_k、σ_(bb)、f均高于20CrMnTi钢渗碳件。
This paper deals with carburizing properties and mechanical properties of steel 27SiMnMoV by vacuum carburizing compared with steel 20CrMnTi. The test results showed that carbides in carburised layer of 27SiMnMoV parts was dispersed, even carbon potential in furnace atmosphere was high enough, there were not carbide network in the microstructures. Under the same technological parameters of vacuum carburizing, the a_k, σ_(bb) and f of steel 27SiMnMoV are all higher than that of steel 20CrMnTi.
