摘要
本文对YF45MnV微合金非调质钢气体渗氮、软氮化后的组织、性能作了分析研究。得出YF45MnV钢经渗氮、软氮化处理后可提高其表面硬度,该钢经长时间渗氮后,心部组织和性能未发生明显变化,具有良好的渗氮工艺性。
In this Paper, the structure and property of microalloy nonhardening and tempering steel YF45MnV after nitriding or nitrocarburizing were analysed. The result showed that by uitriding or nitrocarburzing the surface hardness of the steel could be raised and without obvious change of structure and property in the core.
