摘要
用金相、X射线衍射、电子探针及定量金相分析等手段研究了一种高碳高钒超高速钢铸态组织中一次碳化物的成分、结构、数量和形态分布。结果表明,铸态试验钢中的一次碳化物以M_6C、MC为主,并伴有少量的M_2C碳化物。M_6C主要呈骨骼状形态分布,其体积分数为26%左右,它是以钨、钼为主的多元复合碳化物;MC呈孤立大块状形态分布,其体积分数为21%左右,它是以钒为主的多元复合碳化物;少量的M_2C呈扇状共晶形态分布,它是以钼为主的复合碳化物。最后,对试验钢的改进也作了初步探讨。
In this paper, the composition, structure, quantity, morphology and distribution of the proeutectoid carbides are studied in a new kind superhigh-speed steel with high carbon and high vanadium by metallography, X- ray diffraction, electronic probe and quantitative metallographic analysis. The results show that the proeutectic carbide in cast test steel mainly contain M_(?)C, MC carbides and a little M_2C carbide. M_6C carbide shows mainly skeleton morphology, its volume percentage is about 26% and mainly contains tungsten and molybdenum. MC shows a large isolated block mopgrhyolo, its volume and percentage is about 21% mainly contains vanadium. M_C shows fan morphology its quantity is very little and mainly contains molybdenum. Finally, some suggestion of improving about test steel are put forward.
