摘要
通过改变锻后冷却速度,在35VS非调质钢中获得了魏氏组织,该组织的塑性接近调质40钢的塑性水平。拉伸试样截面扫描电镜观察发现,魏氏组织中的铁素体和珠光体有良好的形变协调性,这是提高魏氏组织塑性的重要原因。
Widmanstatten structure was obtained by means of changing cooling rate after forging. The plasticity of this structure was nearly the same as that of steel 40 treated by quenching plus tempering at high temperature. It was found by SEM observations that a good coordinated deformation was performed between ferrite and perlite in the materials associated with widmantatten structure when tensied. This is attributed to increasing plasticity of the materials.
