激光合金化熔区显微分析

Composition Analysis of Laser Alloying Melted Zone

摘要 借助于透射电镜,分析了在65Mn带钢表面以高速钢成分设计的激光合金化熔区显微组织特征。结果表明:与常规高速钢组织相比,发生了明显变异。基体相以板条马氏体为主,并有大量分散度高的粒状、短杆状M_3C碳化物析出,且在局部区域出现球状非晶相。 In this paper, with TEM we analysed the characteristics of microstructure of laser alloying melted zone designed according to the composition of the high speed tool steel on the surface of 65Mn tape steel. The results show that obvious changes have taken place comparing with the structure of usual high speed tool steels, while martensite lath has been the main part of the base and a great amout of granular or short stick-like M_(?)C carbide has been precipitated in high dispersity. Moreover, there has been ball-like noncrystalline phase in some parts.
