摘要 作者分析了螺帽孔冲的服役条件和磨损机制,探讨了几种低温化学热处理对W6Mo-5Cr4V2高速钢冷冲模的适用性。用最接近冲模服役条件的冲击磨损试验方法研究了几种渗层的耐磨性。试验结果表明,冲击载荷下冲模表面的磨损是一种粘着——疲劳剥落——磨粒磨损过程。脆性的化合物相和含硫化物的表面会降低冲击载荷下的耐磨性。氮、碳共渗层在冲击载荷下具有较佳的耐磨性。W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢冲模经气体氮碳共渗或盐浴硫氰共渗处理可提高耐磨性,延长冲模的使用寿命。 In this paper the working condition and wear mechanism of the punch die were analysed and the suitability of several low temperature che mical heat treatment techniques for W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel punch dies was studied. The wear resistance of several nitrided layers was studied by using the impact wear test. The experiment results show that under impact loading, wear process of the die surface is adhesive wear, fatique peeling and abrasive wear. The brittle compound phases and sulphides in the surface will decrease the resistance. The nitrocarburized layer has better wear resistance. So the wear resistance and the service life of W6Mo5Cr4V2 punch dies by nitriocarburizing and salt bath sulphonitrocarburizing can be improved.
