本文介绍了自行研制的用于电信营业厅的多路电话计费系统TEL2000Y的设计方法和实现过程,包括系统的功能和特点、系统组成、工作机制以及应用软件的开发,并重点介绍了实时通信的实现方法。
This paper introduced the mechanism of TEL2000Y Telephone Management System,including the structure of the system and the software programming.It explained the designing method and how we can realize it.The real-time communication method was especially discussed here.
