介绍了一种特殊的变频空调控制器中内、外机通讯方式，并利用MAX232芯片实现了内机与外机和系统机间多CPU的通讯。实际应用中通讯速度快、可靠，既提高了研发效率也方便了空调系统的维修。
A special communication between the in-door unit and the out-door unit of the inverter air-conditioner's controller or a PC using MAX232 is proposed, this communication is fast and reliable, the research efficiency and repairing convenience are improved.
