知识经济时代有其鲜明的特征、知识员工有时代特点。知识经济环境下对知识员工的管理时,应在招聘、组织学习管理上制定适合他们的对策、以留住人才。
Indicate to the legal provisions of the American an- tidumping law and observation that is practiced of anti- dump- ing in 1995-1998, U. S. A current anti -dumping law don' t achieve their purpose to punish unfair price as they declared of- ten. First of all, commercial department assert the method that sell lower than fair value can't assent the existence of price dis- crimination effectively. Secondly, even it is exist positively, it is uncertain to relate with the market twist that foreign government led to.
