摘要
目的 探讨他克莫司 (FK50 6 )、霉酚酸酯 (MMF)和甲基强的松龙 (MP)联合免疫抑制剂治疗慢性移植物抗宿主病 (cGVHD)的疗效。方法 对 4例异基因造血干细胞移植后发生广泛性cGVHD的儿童患者 ,应用FK50 6 ,MMF和MP联合治疗 ,观察其毒副作用和疗效。结果 4例患者使用该联合免疫抑制方案治疗 2～ 4d后症状明显改善 ,1～ 2周后症状消失 ,有效率达 1 0 0 %。除 3例出现轻度肾功能损害外 ,未发现严重副作用。结论 FK50 6 ,MMF和MP联合治疗cGVHD为一种行之有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tacrolimus (FK506), mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) combined with methylprednisone (MP) for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) Methods 4 children with extensive cGVHD after allogeneic stem cell transplantation were treated with the combination of FK506, MMF and MP Results All patients improved significantly after 2～4 days, and the signs of cGVHD disappeared after 1～2 weeks The total effective rate was 100% No serious side effects were observed except mild renal function damage in 3 patients Conclusion Combined immunosuppression with FK506, MMF and MP is feasible for the treatment of cGVHD
