摘要
以武汉市四家大医院1994~1998年间,因呼吸道和心脑血管疾病入院的42005个病例为基础,分析疾病发病的季、月、旬分布特征;再分四季建立各病种日发病率的气象预报模型,分冬、夏半年建立了各病种周发病率的气象预报模型,并确定了发病率的一套等级划分指标;分析了冷锋天气过程演变对疾病发病的不同影响;最后在微机上开发出了“医疗气象预报系统”.
Based on 42005 cases of four big hospitals from 1994 - 1998 in Wuhan, quarterly, monthly and ten days' distributed properties of 8 kinds of diseases are analyzed firstly. Secondly, 4 meteorological forecast models of daily disease occurring of each disease according to four quarten and 2 models of weekly disease occurring according to summer-half-year and winter-half-year are established. Then, a set of index of grade dividing standard is set up. In addition, effect of weather process of cold front on disease occurring is analyzed. Finally, a Forecast System of Medical Meteorology is developed and extended not only in Hubei but also in some other provinces.
