摘要
描述了束流位置探测器 (BPM)探头定标、定标电场的拟合和误差计算。该定标系统采用了具有调节精度为 1 0 μm垂直放置真空管道的天线模拟定标装置和分辨率高达 1 μm外差式、窄带频域信号处理电子学线路。并推导出针对合肥光源 (HLS)定标系统条件下的电场拟合函数及相关的 BPMMapping图和误差计算结果 。
This paper describes the calibration of the newly manufactured BPMs developed for injection system upgrade in NSRL phase II project, as well as the electrical field fitting and error calculation. The antenna calibration system employs an equipment whose precision adjusted to 10μm and with vertical vacuum pipelines, and a signal processor with 1μm of resolution and working in RF of NSRL ring. The fitting error of the electric field is presented. With the calibrating system and processing method which has a system error about ±15μm and the precision of 1μm, we have completed the calibration and quality checking of the developed equipment. Due to the vertically fixed beam pipe and the antenna's movement to simulate beam orbit deviation, as well as the adoption of the RF CW to simulate the beam instead of the traditional 5MHz CW source, the results show fine precision and better reliability.
