摘要
目的:评价卵巢肿瘤手术中冰冻切片诊断的临床意义。方法:回顾分析我科1996年～1999年90例卵巢肿瘤术前冰冻诊断和与术后石蜡切片诊断的符合情况,并分析误诊原因。结果:术中冰冻切片与术后石蜡切片诊断的符合率为98.8％。结论:讨论影响术中冰冻切片诊断的原因,强调病理医师与临床医师合作的重要性。
To evaluate the clinical significance of intra-operative frozen section in diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods: Ninety cases of ovarian tumors were diagnosed with intra-operative frozen section from 1996 to 1999. Results: The accuracy of clinical diagnosis was 98.8% . Conclusion: The operative plan for ovarian tumors should be based on intra-operative frozen sections.
