摘要 本文介绍了急性肺损伤及炎症的药物治疗方面的研究进展 ,叙述了细胞因子抗体、抑制剂、受体拮抗剂、蛋白酶抑制剂、以及活性氧相关治疗的作用机制和临床治疗应用。这些研究进展对急性肺损伤的药物治疗研究有极大的促进作用。
