摘要
目的 :评价宫腔镜及膀胱取石钳处理 IUD迷路的临床效果。方法 :对于 2 6例常规取器困难的 IUD迷路患者 ,采用宫腔镜配合膀胱取石钳取出 IUD。结果 :2 6例患者均一次完成手术 ,顺利取出 IUD,平均手术时间 1 8.3± 8.5min,无副反应及手术并发症。结论 :宫腔镜对于 IUD迷路的诊断较 B超具有更高的准确性 ,配合膀胱取石钳处理 IUD迷路是目前处理
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of hysteroscope and bladder lithotomy forceps for dealing with lost IUD in Uterus. Methods: Twenty six cases of lost IUD were removed successfully by using hysteroscope and bladder lithotoy forceps, which were difficult to be removed by normal operation.Results: All the cases were successful. The everage operation time was 18.3±8.5 min. There were no side effects or complications.Conclusions: Hysteroscopy was more accurate than B ultrasound for removing lost IUD in uterus. Hysteroscope and bladder lithotomy forceps is one of the most effective methods to deal with lost IUD.
