摘要
目的 对单人次吸排氧装置细菌污染情况调查。方法 对 30例病人使用的吸排氧装置 ,分别在使用 3d、5d、10d、2 0d ,分部位采样 36 0份作细菌培养鉴定。结果 36 0份样本中有 188份阳性菌株 ,共 11种细菌 ,主要分布在面罩上。使用 3d和 5d的染菌数量有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,5d以后至 2 0d无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 单人次吸排氧装置优于共用性吸排氧装置 。
Objective\ To investigate the bacterial contamination in inhale/exhale oxygen units or individual patient.Method\ Thirty patients were included in this study.At the day 3,5,10,20 after they begun the hyperbaric treatment,total 360 samples from several sites of inhale/exhale units were cultured for bacterial differentiation.Result\ There were 188 positive strain,11 kinds of bacteria,which mainly distributed on the mask.There was a statistical significant difference (P<0.05) between day 3 and day 5,but no difference was found from day 5 to day 20 (P>0.05).Conclusion\ Inhale/exhale oxygen units for individual patient are superior to those for common use,otherwise,disinfection in time are still necessary.
