摘要
目的 探讨降低手术切口感染的护理对策。方法 以回顾性调查和跟踪随访的方法收集普外科手术切口感染情况的资料进行分析统计 ,并采取了一系列的护理对策。结果 采用综合护理措施后 ,手术切口的感染率明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,环境微生物采样的合格率明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在临床护理过程中 ,可以通过有效的空气净化消毒、加强环境管理和微生物学监测、改进原有的备皮和切口护理方法、改善洗手等卫生设施 ,加强患者营养支持 。
Objective\ To explore the nursing strategy to reduce the surgical incision infection.Methods\ By retrospective investigation and following investigation,we got the data about surgical incision infection obtained from four general surgical wards.Through the analysis and statistics,we found the factors,which relate to the surgical incision infection.Then we carry out a series of countermeasures.Results\ The infection rate of surgical incision significantly decreased (P<0.01),The abnormal samples collected from environment microorganism obvious decreased (P<0.05).Conclusions\ During the clinical nursing,we must strengthen the sterilization of the air,strengthen the environmental management,monitor the environmental microorganism,reform the methods of pre-operative preparation of skin and washing hands,reinforce the nutritional support.All above would be beneficial to reduce the infection rate of surgical incision.
