摘要
目的 为了探讨影响胰岛素溶液吸附的相关因素 ,研究了 5 %葡萄糖胰岛素混合液 (pH =4.3)、生理盐水胰岛素混合液 (pH =6 )在不同的温度下 (10℃、2 0℃、30℃ )对胰岛素吸附的影响。方法 用放射免疫测定进行研究。结果 不同溶液在不同的温度下其输液过程中对胰岛素吸附均呈不均一性变化 ,在 30min时吸附量达到最大 ,以后逐渐减少。温度越高胰岛素 (RI)吸附量越大。结论 在 5
Objective\ The aim of the study is to examine the factors affecting the absorption of insulin.5% glucose (pH=4.3) and normal saline (pH=6) were compared at different temperature(10 ℃,20 ℃,30 ℃) in the research.Method\ The level of insulin in fluids was determined by radioimmunosary.Results\ The results showed that the absorption of insulin rose with great variation in deferent fluids at different temperature.The absorption was the highest at 30 min after transfusion began and then reduced gradually.The higher the temperature,the larger the amount of absorption of insulin.Conclusion\ The amount of absorption of insulin by glucose fluid is more than by normal saline fluid.
