摘要
目的 探讨使用呼吸机时设定湿化器的最佳温度。方法 采用随机抽样法将 133例应用人工呼吸机的病人分成 1个对照组和 4个实验组 ,湿化器的温度设置分别是 :35℃、低于体表温度 (以腋温为准 ) 1℃、低于体表温度2℃、低于体表温度 3℃、低于体表温度 4℃。结果 经统计学分析 ,5个组之间存在显著性差异。结论 低于体表温度
Objective\ In order to study how to set up the temperature of the ventilator humidifier.Method\ 133 cases were collected from the patients of mechanical ventilation and were randomly divided into one contrasting group and four experimental groups.The temperature of the ventilator humidifier were 35 ℃;1 ℃ below the surface temperature (armpit temperature);2 ℃ below the surface temperature,3 ℃ below the surface temperature;4 ℃ below the surface temperature.Results\ The results indicate that five groups there were obvious difference.Conclusion\ To sum up,2 ℃ below the surface temperature were the best temperature of the ventilator humidifier were considered.
