摘要
目的 :探讨詹文涛导师中医证治肺心病急性发作期 ,肺胀—肺肾气阴两衰 ,痰热水瘀互结证类的临床疗效。方法 :对 5 2例肺心病急性发作期肺胀—肺肾气阴两衰 ,痰热水瘀互结证患者给予经验方黄芪生脉苇茎三子汤加减辨证论治。结果 :显效 4 1例 ,显效率 78.85 % ;有效 10例 ,有效率 19.2 3 % ;无效 1例 ,无效率 1.92 % ,总有效率 98.0 8%。结论 :用黄芪生脉苇茎三子汤加减治疗肺心病急性发作期 ,詹文涛导师中医辨证为肺胀—肺肾气阴两衰 ,痰热水瘀互结证 。
Objective:to explore the curative effects of tutor Zhang Wentao's syndrome differentiation and treatment of pulmonary heart disease in acute stage of attack.Method:52 cases of pulmonary heart disease in acute stage of attack were treated with modified Decoction of Huangqi Shengmai Weijing Sanzi.Result:41 cases were significant effective(the significant effective rate was 78.85%,10 cases were effective(The effective rate was 19.23%),1 case was ineffective(The ineffective rate was 1.92%).The total effective rate was 98.08%.Conclusion:Modified Decoction of Huangqi Shengmai Weijing Sanzi had good effects in treating pulmonary heart disease in acute stage of attack.
