摘要
本文从扶正、达邪、调中和复原等４个方面概要阐述了运用中医药治疗慢性肾功能衰退竭的辨证用药思路和方法，藉以说明本病中的部分患者不仅治疗有效而且肾功能可能恢复到接近正常或完全正常，有进一步深入研究探讨的良好前景。
It was demonstrated in TCM that chronic renal failure is differentiated and treated by supporting healthy qi, eliminating pathogenic factor, regulating middle - jiao and recuperation. Some cases responded to the treatment with normalized renal function.
