摘要
目的 探讨外照射慢性放射病 (简称慢放病 )患者免疫系统的远期变化。方法 对 16例慢放病患者确诊后三年随访中的感染情况、体液免疫和细胞免疫的观察。结果 发现患者免疫系统仍有不同程度的辐射损伤。结论 研究结果不仅指导患者的医疗保健 。
Objective To inquire the long term changes on immune system in patients of chronic radiation sickess. Methods The infectious status, cellular immunity and humoral immunity in sixteen cases of chronic radiation sickness have been observed for three years after the diagnosis. Results Varying degrees of radiation injuries in immune system were still found in these patients. Conclusion These results could not only direct patients to the medical treatment and health care, but also accumulate data for the long term rehabilitation of chronic radiation sickness.
