摘要
目的 探讨扶正解毒汤 (FJD)对硫酸镍 (NiSO4)致心脏损伤的防治作用及其机理。方法 腹腔注射NiSO4染毒 ,FJD灌胃防治 ,检测心肌Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性 ,心电图和心肌病理 ,进行评价。结果 NiSO4组与NS组比较 ,两种酶活性均明显抑制 (P <0 0 0 1) ,同时出现心肌病理和心电图异常。用FJD防治后 ,两种酶活性明显改善 (P<0 0 1) ,心肌病理损伤和心电图恢复正常。结论 FJD可有效防治NiSO4对心肌的损伤 ,其机理与恢复心肌Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 +
Objective To study the prevention, treatment and mechanism of Fu Zheng Jie Du Tang (FJD) in the hearts damaged by nickel sulfate. Methods Nickel sulfate was injected intraperitoneally and then FJD was given by gavage in rats. Activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase, in cardiac muscle ECG and mechanism of cardiac muscle were measured and evaluated. Results The activities of 2 enzymes were inhitied significantly by nickel sulfate compared with that of the control( P<0.001 ) and at the same time abnormality of cardiac muscle and ECG were observed, after treatment of FJD their activities showed a remarkable improvement, and pathological damage of cardiac muscle and ECG returned to normal. Conclusion FJD could prevent and treat the hearts damaged by nickel sulfate. Its mechanism has something to do with returning activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase.
