摘要
为评价内窥镜下治疗老年性鼻出血的疗效 ,将内窥镜下使用可吸收性止血纱布、微波等方法治疗鼻出血 ,与传统的鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血进行比较。结果显示 :内窥镜组止血失败率明显低于鼻腔填塞组 ,且全身及局部反应轻。提示鼻内窥镜下几种方法鼻腔止血准确、迅速、痛苦小 。
The therapeutic effects of endoscopy in the treatment of epistaxis in the elderly were studied. Eight one cases of epistaxis were separately treated with traditional nasal packing and with absorbable hemostatic gauze or microwave under endoscopy. The recurrent bleeding much less occurred for the endoscopic methods than traditional one. Furthermore the genernal or local reaction was much milder under the endoscopy. It was suggested that the treatments of epistaxis under endoscopy were satisfactory methods worth of popularize in clinical practice.
