普伐他汀对冠心病的微循环——血液流变学影响的观察

摘要 目的 研究普伐他汀对冠心病的微循环及血液流变性影响 ,探讨其降脂外作用。方法 观察 10 2例冠心病患者普伐他汀治疗前后血脂及血液流变学、微循环检测结果并作对比分析。结果 普伐他汀对冠心病血脂指标、血液流变学指标、微循环定量评分有明显影响 ,治疗前后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 普伐他汀能有效降低冠心病血脂水平 ,同时改善血液流变性异常及微循环障碍 。 Objective Investigation on the changes of the microcirculation and blood rheology after using pravastatin and exploration of the effects other than lowering the level of blood lipid. Method The changes of blood lipid microcirculation and blood rheology before and after the pravastatin administration were observed and analysed in 102 cases of coronary heart disease. Result The significant effects and differences were observed before and after the treatment with pravastatin( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ).Conclusion Pravastatin can effectively lower the level of blood lipid of the coronary disease and at the same time it can also improve the status of the microcirculation and blood rheology of patients. The latter may be the important mechanisms of the effects of pravastatin other than lowering the blood lipid.
