摘要
简要地介绍了质量控制图的设计原理及作用 ,结合多年的工作经验 ,利用经验公式 ,用混凝土 7d强度推算出 2 8d强度来绘制控制图 ,达到动态控制混凝土质量的目的 ,并通过应用实例加以分析说明。有利于产品的质量控制和成本控制 ,使企业获得产品质量和经济效益同步提高 。
This paper introduces the principle of quality cont rol chart and its a pplication. Combining many years' working experience, the writer worked out the strength of 28 days from that of 7 days and graphed the quality control chart by using the experience formula to achieve the aim of dynamically controlling the the quality of concrete. Some examples are analyzed to expound that by using qua lity control chart, unsteady factors are easy to analyze and timely measures can be taken in case of systematic disqualification. It's favorable to the quality and cost control of product and can make an enterprise improve the quality of pr oduct and economic benefit at the same time, which is of practical valu e and easy to operate.
