摘要
水泥混凝土工作性的测定方法目前采用坍落度与维勃稠度两种方法 ,而这两种方法尚存在测定数据不准确 ,不便于操作 ,坍落度的测定受人为因素的影响很大等不足之处。粘聚性与保水性同样受人为因素的影响 ,不仅没有一个量的划分 ,而且定性也较困难。针对以上问题 ,提出对坍落度筒进行简易改造 ,对棍度与保水性用定量指标表示并建立工作性的综合评价指标。
To measure the working performance of cement and co ncrete mixture, two means which are slump and Weibo thickness are adopted. These means still have s ome defections such as measuring inaccuracy, manipulation inconvenience and grea t effect of human factor to measure slump. At the same time, due to the human fa ctor, adhesive aggregation and water retention not only have not a quantity's di vision, but are very difficult in measuring the nature. Pointing to these questi ons, some improved measures are put forward, which are simply remodeling the slu mp tube, using fixed quantity data to indicate stick degree and water retention performance, building integrate evaluating indicator to work performance.
