三峡电站压力管道大比尺仿真模型加载技术研究

Research on Loading Technique of Large scale Simulated material Model of Penstocks for Three Gorges Hydropower Station

摘要 根据三峡电站压力管道仿真材料大比尺平面结构模型是国内外同类模型中规模最大,加载技术复杂的特点,首次研究采用组合压力钢枕施加内压荷载,施压均匀,加载效果好,完成了模型超载破坏试验,取得了规律性好、对三峡工程管道设计具有重要参考价值的成果. According to characteristics,which are of largest scale and complex loading technique,of the simulated material model of penstocks for the Three Gorges hydropower station,a loading method of composite pressure steel sleepers is researched and applied to load internal pressure of the penstocks.The experiment practice proves that this method has following advantages:uniform in internal pressure;effective on loading and implementing the overload destructive test.The experiment results are of good regularity and of significant referential value to penstock design of the Three Gorges project.
