摘要
本文在强调高校图书馆对大学生进行素质教育必要性的同时 ,探讨了实施素质教育的有效途径和方法 ,指出了保障素质教育成功实施的重要条件。
The paper not only stressed the necessity of the college students' quality education by the college library. but also discussed the way and the methods to the quality education's carring out. And the paper pointecl the important condition for the successfully carry out in quality education.
