摘要
面临着逐渐发展和完善起来的民主与法制社会 ,一部分大学生的法律思想和行为已和社会的发展不相适应 ,这就要求高校必须加强对大学生的法制教育 ,提高大学生的法律素质。而高校“法律基础”课教学的任务和使命决定了它应该而且必须是对大学生加强法治教育的主渠道。为此 ,要加强和改进高校“法律基础”课教学 。
With the development and perfection of the socialist legal stystem and democracy, some college students' legal ideas and deeds are not suitable to it. Therefore colleges must enhance the teaching of law to college students and improve their law quality. The “Law basis” course should be the main channels for improving college students law quality because of it task and mission. So we must strenghthen and improve the teaching of the“law basis”in order to culture the college students' overall quality.
