摘要
本文对如何建设高素质师资队伍进行了深入的研究 ,对师资队伍建设中如何解放思想、转变观念、建设与 2 1世纪高等教育发展相适应的师资队伍 。
The paper made a deep research on how to construct the high quality of teachers ranks, mancipate the mind and transist the conception, and how to construct the teachers which are adapt to the development of 21st high education. The author also elaborated the model and the principal of new teachers management.
