摘要
诸葛亮斩马谡一事 ,自古及今受到不少人的批评 ,认为马谡罪不至死 ,被杀得冤枉。事实上 ,根据历史记载 ,马谡在街亭战役中丧众失地 ,违反上级的部署 ,不听部下的正确建议 ,兵败后又畏罪潜逃 ;按照三国的军法 ,他犯有败军失军、违抗军令和阵前逃亡三项死罪 ,诸葛亮对他处以死刑完全是合情合法的。
The execution of MA Su has always been criticized by many historians, who believe ZHUGE Liang made a mistake by sentencing him to death. In fact, The historical records show that MA Su lost the territory in the war of Jieting after disobeying the orders from superior and disregarding the right suggestions from his subordinates.
