摘要
面对信息革命的挑战 ,能否接受充分的继续教育已成为个人发展的关键因素。中国知识女性在接受继续教育机会上存在着明显的男女不平等现象 ,成为她们事业发展的障碍。造成这一问题的原因有来自整个社会环境的因素 ,也有知识女性自身的因素。解决这一问题的途径有三 :一是国家政策的保障 ,二是知识女性自身的努力 。
Nowadays, Continuing education has become very important to self-development. Chinese educated women's chances to receive further education are not so much as men, which was caused by the social environment and women's own weakness. To solve this problem, I think, several steps can be taken. First, ensuring women's right by making the national policies; second, the educated women's own effort; third, improving the social environment for the educated women.
