摘要
专利战略是一种围绕专利技术而制定的，使企业在竞争中处于有利地位的总体谋划。根据技术竞争的需要，企业专利战略可分为进攻型专利战略和防御型专利战略。在当代，正确制定和运用各种专利技术战略，已成为企业在竞争中获胜，并不断发展壮大的重要因素。
Patent strategy is set up for patent technology and it helpsthe enterprise stay in a favorable position in the competition. According to the need of technological competition, enterprise patent strategy can be divided in to aggressive patent strategy and defensive patent strategy. Today, to work out a correct strategy and apply different technology patent strategies is a key factor in the success and continuous development of the enterprise in competi- tion.
