摘要
高校是知识创新系统的核心部分 ,而知识产权保护是创新机制的重要组成部分 ,也是在市场竞争中技术创新的重要保障 ,因此知识产权保护对高校知识创新有极大影响。本文分析了知识产权保护对高校知识创新的作用机制、高校知识产权保护的当前现状。
Universities are the important bases of knowledge updating, while the protection of intellectual right is very crucial in establishing a mechanism for knowledge updating. The mechanism safeguards the new technology in the stiff market competition. This paper explores the role of this mechanism in protecting universities' intellectual property right, the present state, the existing problems and the counter measures.
