摘要
民营科技企业在中国迅速发展 ,但“人才管理”相对滞后 ,民营科技企业应该营造“人性化”的用人环境 ,加强人才核心竞争力 ,培育动态。
Private scientific and technological enterprises in China are developing fast, but intellectual management was behind it. Private scientific and technological enterprises should make humanism environment, enforce intellectual core competitive, build dimensions and dynamic inspiring measures, and form intellectual training system.
