摘要
以江总书记关于“三个代表”思想的重要论述为指南 ,从高等教育的不同层面论述了高等院校贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想 ,促进教育改革和跨跃发展的措施 ,提出了以“三个代表”为指南 ,推进教育创新与教育观念创新 ,创造教育与创造力开发必须面对和解决的问题 ,并分析了知识经济时代 ,鼓励原始性知识创新、技术创新的重要性 ,以及推进科技创新体系建设 ,实现重大科技创新突破 。
Guided by General Secretary Jiang's important exposition on the theory of 'Three Represents' and from the various aspects of higher education, the measu res to implement the theory of 'Three Represents' and promote educa tion reform and striding development of colleges and universities are dealt with . Under the guidance of the 'Three Represents', the inevitable issues on the p romotion of innovation of education and education concept, creativity education and creative ability development are put forward, the importance to encourage in novation of original knowledge and technology in the age of knowledge economy is analyzed, as well as some issues which colleges and universities have to face a nd resolve in theory and practice of accelerating scientific and technological i nnovation system construction and realizing key scientific and technological inn ovation and breakthrough are presented.
