摘要
本文对临床常规救治措施无效的13例重症肺性脑病病人配合静脉放血,同时静脉滴注肝素、低分子右旋糖酐和丹参进行治疗、获得良好效果。
13 patients of pulmonary encephalopathy had received usual treatment but the results were not effective. The authors added treatment with blood-letting 300ml, heparin 50mg, low molecular dextran 500ml and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 10ml every day or every two days by intravenous drip.The results showed that patient's condition improved rapidly and satisfactorily and their pH, PaO_2, PaCO_2 and blood viscosity was markedly improved also.
