白血病小鼠(L7811)红细胞膜骨架蛋白及部分膜蛋白组分的初步研究

摘要 通过SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、日本岛津CS-910型双波长薄层扫描仪分析正常615纯系小鼠及白血病小鼠(L7811)红细胞膜骨架蛋白及部分膜蛋白发现,L7811小鼠红细胞膜骨架蛋白带6蛋白与带7蛋白之间产生一条新的多胍,分子量为32800道尔顿。同时还发现收缩蛋白(Spectrin),带3蛋白含量明显减少。 The research in abnormal proteins of erythrocyte membrane resulted from various anemias has been expended rapidly. Seldom can we get the information about the variation of polypeptides of red cell membrane of leukemic patients or mice, Our laboratory was able to detect a new polypeptide which is about 32 000 dalton between band 6 and band 7 through electrophoretic analysis in leukemic mice. And we also found that the amount of contractile protein and band 3 was decreased. The changes of amount or quality of erythrocyte membrane skeleton proteins will result in founctional disorder of red cells.
