邓小平同志历来十分关心反贫困问题 ,对社会主义国家反贫困作了一系列的论述 ,指出 :反贫困必须坚持社会主义 ,必须实行改革开放 ,必须反对两极分化 ,必须把发展农业放在首位 。
Deng Xiaoping always cared about anti-poverty problem and made a series of demonstration on the anti-poverty in socialism countries.
