“抓住时机，加快发展”是邓小平经济理论的一个重要内容。邓小平从政治角度阐述了加快经济发展的紧迫性、中国经济发展的大好时机以及运用经济增长的非平衡规律等。根据这些理论，以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体，制定了一系列加快经济发展的有力措施。邓小平的这一理论具有十分重大的理论意义和现实意义。
This paper concentrates on Deng Xiao - ping's theory of economic development, including the emergency in advancing it as the best opportunity in China taking advantage of the non - balanced law in economic development. Deng Xiao - ping's theory of economic development has proved to be instructive both in theory and practice. The government now has undertaken the series of measures on advancing economic development.
