摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入 ,大批国际友人走进我们的国门。由于存在文化、价值观、心理和风俗习惯的不同 ,国人在与其交往中难免引起误解和冲突。因此 ,我们必须培养自己的跨文化交际能力 ,才能在工作中与外籍朋友交流顺利。
With China's further opening to the outside world, it receives an increasing number of foreigners every year. In the free cultural exchanges with foreign visitors, however, misunderstandings or even conflicts may arise due to cultural differences, and the diversity of social values, manners and customs. A good understanding of these differences is totally necessary for successful communication with foreigners.
