摘要
本文阐述了在设计链斗卸船机移船机构交流无级调速系统时的考虑与经验.对四种成熟的交调系统:串调、变频、调压,滑差电机就可靠性,控制性能、维修保养性能保护功能、初投资和节能等项指标进行了比较和量化分析,得出变频调速对这类机械为最佳选择并被工业应用证明为正确的。
Design experience on selection of variable speed drive for drag carriags of a new ledder,XLJ1200A,which is a project of 7.5 plan of state. Four AC drives,Kramer,VVVF,stator variable voltage and Eddy current coupling are comparied.Reliability,controllability,maintenability,pro- tective ability,economic viability and installment cost of individual drive are tabulated and quantitated.A conclusion of VVVF drive is the best choice under the circumstances is reached and verified by industral application
