摘要
本文系“辽宁省公路管理信息系统”设计与技术实现要点的综述。主要内容有二方面:一是系统建立过程慨述,主要包括系统设计思想、系统的逻辑设计、数据库设计及部分子系统物理设计和系统实现等;二是介绍了系统的设计要点和方法以及该系统的特点及其具有的主要功能。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of Liao Lin railroad MIS.Two main aspects are discussed:first,the procedure of the de- sign and implementation which includes the design idea,the logical design of the system,database design,physical design of some sub-systems and the implementation,etc;second,the main used technologies and methods,the features and the main functions.
