摘要
正义学说是西方政治哲学中关于评价社会制度和人的社会行为的基本道德标准的理论。2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,中国学者对当代西方正义理论进行了阐释与廓清 ,梳理了西方思想史上正义理论发展的理论脉络并分析了其特点 ;在此基础上 ,中国学者在指出了西方正义理论存在着严重缺陷后论证了马克思主义的正义观 ,又从多个角度对正义问题进行了探讨 ,分析了国内正义理论研究的特点和存在的问题 ,并对当代中国正义理论建构提出了看法。
The theory of justice is one of value theories appraising regime and people's so cial actions. Since eight decades of 20^(th) century, China scholars has made clear the contemporary western theory of justice, and tease the theory skeleton on th eir development and analyzes their characteristic; China scholars demonstrate th e theory of justice of Marxism after they pointed out sever limitation, and disc uss the justice at multiangle, and analyze the characteristic and question on it s investigation, and give some opinions to construct the contemporary Chinese th eories of justice.
