摘要
在全球化背景下 ,如何全面提高党的自我治理能力、综合应变能力 ,是摆在我们面前的重大课题。加强党的建设 ,一要用“三个代表”思想武装全党 ;二要积极推进以规范、完善党的领导体制为中心的政治体制改革 ;三要以德才兼备和“四化”标准加强党的干部队伍建设 ,保证党和国家的各级领导权牢牢掌握在忠于马克思主义的人手里 ;四要树立宽广的全球视野 ,以海纳百川的博大胸怀 。
Under the background of globalization,how to completely raise the Party’s ability of self governing and meeting an emergency is a great question placed before us.Strengthening the Party’s construction demands to reinforce its ideological construction,especially to equip with the thought of the Three Representatives. Secondly, to promote the reform of political system actively which is centered on improving the Party’s leadrship. Thirdly, reinforce the carder troops’ construction according to the standard of having both ability and political integrity and that of revolutionization,youthization,knowledgization,specialization to ensure all levels of leadership of the Party and the country to be grasped in the hands of the persons who are loyal to Marxism.Fourthly,to establish a wide global field of vision to critically absorb political wealth made by mankind.
