摘要
本文提出一种检测架空索道钢丝绳状态的实验系统,该系统是针对传感器在空中工作而信号由地面计算机进行定量分析处理的要求提出的本文着重研究了信号的遥测,并讨论了遥测装置的组成、性能及作用、实验表明:该装置能够架空索道钢丝绳的缺陷及位置的信号进行有效传。
This paper not only presents an experimental system for the inspection of the cableway rope's state which centers on the meth od of telemetering of signals in order to counter the need that the detector works on the overhead cableway but the detection sig hal s are analyzed by the cormpurer on the ground.Further more,the composition as well as the function of the remote-measuring de vice is also discussed.The experimental results show that this system can accurately record the places of the flaws in rope being tested and recognize the number of broken wires.Besides it can give the information about the dangerous parts of the cable way ropes.
