摘要
本文从人们解决问题的一般过程入手 ,分析在问题解决的各阶段所存在的影响问题解决的因素。文章认为 ,在问题解决的识别和理解阶段 ,问题解决者对问题表征的适当性、解决者的认知结构将直接影响问题的解决 ;在问题解答阶段 ,解决策略、解决定势、功能固着 (定势 )影响着问题解决。而在问题解决的各阶段 ,问题解决者的动机、成败体验、焦虑情绪等主观因素和问题的表述、解决所处的环境等客观因索将制约着问题的解决。
Based on general process for problem solution, this paper analyses the factors that influence the solution in different stages. It holds that there direct influences are shown in the human's knowledge on understanding problems. Problem solution relies on the objective condition that limits in problem solution.
